This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and the author (Yernar Shambayev, ProcessText Group) for the software product (ABC Amber CHM Merger program), which includes computer software and may include associated media and "online" or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT"). By installing, copying, distributing or otherwise using SOFTWARE PRODUCT you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the term of this EULA, do not install, copy, or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE

The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.

GRANT OF LICENSE

ProcessText Group grants you a non-exclusive license to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT free of charge for personal and commercial purposes for an indefinite period of time.

DISTRIBUTION

You may duplicate and distribute exact copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT to anyone via electronic means, including any BBS, online service or computer network. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT must be distributed in its original, unmodified state, and all copyright and trademark notices must be kept intact. You may distribute the SOFTWARE PRODUCT with any other product(s), commercial or otherwise, including but not limited to software, hardware, books, compilation CD's, or the like, provided that the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is distributed in its original, unmodified state. ProcessText Group request a notification statement of any product which contains the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

RESTRICTIONS

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.

TERMINATION

Without prejudice to any other rights, ProcessText Group may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all of its component parts.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

THIS SOFTWARE PRODUCT AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE DISTRIBUTED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

Feature Enhancement

The Index tab was missing from the left pane even though all the .chm files had an index.

The opening page should be customizable so users are not confused when they open up the chm file as to what it is they have. The opening page has ABC Amber Converters - this needs to be more subtle - it should have a title with some room for a brief description that let's users know what this mega chm file is about.
